Hi,

I am working on SP 2010 Advance search page. When I try to view the page I get "Object reference not set to an instance of object". Then I go and preview the webpart advancesearchbox.dwp. It also throws the same error. Other search webparts does not throw any error.

Error in ULS logs,

System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Unrecognized attribute 'allowInsecureTransport'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.
