Create audience to hold all the manager (who have direct report employees under them) in my company

Hi SharePointers :)

using Central Admin or PowerShell, what rule or condition i have to use to create an audience to hold and contains all the managers in my company ( i.e all the users who have emplyees reports to them)

please any answer... highly appreciated :)
