No option for SSRS Email subscription in SharePoint 2010

I have installed a report server 2008r2 in my farm but cannot see the option to add an Email subscription.

I have set up smtp on the sever following directions here:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc287879(v=office.14).aspx

and here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc288949(v=office.14).aspx

but I am still unable to see the email option. Am I forgetting something?
