Set permission for users to fill the form via special pc's

I have a sharepoint list and want to limit users to fill this sharepoint list via special pc's. Users can access this form via internet and intranet, but I don't want to allow them to fill this form via intranet or internet, I want to limit them to fill this form via special pc's in intranet.

How can I do this?!
