best way to update sharepoint 2010 pathch

Hi All,

I want to update my SharePoint 2010 site with latest patch. i have the link with me https://technet.microsoft.com/library/dn789211(v=office.14)  .

 But i am confused whether to update patch from older version to latest version one by one OR can update only the latest one ?
