Share point 2010 product configuration wizard error

Windows 2008 R2 server

When I start Share point 2010 product configuration wizard, I receive the error on the first step:

I have removed all old instances of net framework from the registry an right  now there
(Defaul)        REG_SZ        (value not set)
.NET4.0E       REG_SZ

But it did not helped
