SharePoint 2010 - Import site collection Error: A duplicate field name "8c4cfe39-587c-45b0-9754-71810a01c5e2" was found.

Hi

I am getting this error when importing a site collection (export site is top level to import site is top level). 

the import log showed the process stopped at [Content and Structure Reports]   Error: A duplicate field name "8c4cfe39-587c-45b0-9754-71810a01c5e2" was found.

I found some relevant information about this happened when Importing a site with publishing template but I check an both the export and import sites are team site template.

Have anyone see this before and have found solution, please share.
