Moving servers to a different network

Hi,

My company is planning to move SharePoint farm servers out of the old network (boogle) to a new network. During the process new IPS might need to be assigned. Would you know how much of an impact that would be on the current farm and web applications? We are having medium farm with 5 wfe+app servers and sql cluster.
We have some customization done on the web apps.

I would appreciate if you shed some light on it, or if you know of any documentation that talks about changing IPS of the farm servers.
