Get the internal names of 'Blog Posts' and 'Blog Comments' under 'Activities I am following' in user profile in SharePoint 2010

I am using a PowerShell Script (dont remember the link from where i referenced this) that updates (Checks/Unchecks) the activities under 'Activities I am following'. I also ran a script to get the internal names of all the activities listed. Say there are 30 in my farm, I got 15.

My problem is I am able to update activities like StatusMessage, Birthday_Reminder, SharingInterest etc... I want to update 'Blog Posts' and 'Blog Comments'. I need to know the internal name that PowerShell recognizes so that I can give it as an input in my XML to check/uncheck it for all the users with the help of powershell
