Sharepoint can not be accessed from different network, but Sharepoint Central admin can be accessed

We change the IP address of our Sharepoint server and moved it to a different location. All networks are connected by VPN. All DNS changes have been made and are working. 

From the local network that Sharepoint is on you can connect with no problem. You can access Sharepoint Central admin from all networks. 

Any help with matter would be greatly appreciated!
