Excel Web App not working after reinstall

Hi All,

I am in a real bind and am requesting help from the community.

After a reinstall of the Microsoft web apps, we received failures with the excel web app (Event ID 5239). Users cannot use the web app features. I am unsure on how to proceed. I have already reinstalled the excel web app as well as ran the SPCW and continue to have the same issue. It seems that users are unable to authenticate and continue to see the log in prompt.

Other things I tried are

• Ran SPCW
• Removed the ASP.net Impersonation
• Restarted the server
• For authentication in the IIS I have: Anonymous, ASP.NET, and Windows enabled.
