Version History Using Web Part to get all of the Version History of a existing list with track changes on

I need help getting Version History of a list "DLF_QA_Requests". I would like to get every column that is in the table and a record for each time a user makes any changes to any field and what the changes were and who made the changes. I need this to go into another table so I can link it to an Access Database that is currently linked to a few tables so we can show change history and have a clean audit path. Any help in doing this hopefully using a Web Part would be so helpful. I have been searching and found some things but I am not a guru at coding in SharePoint so I need all the help I can get.
