save site as template - Error generating solution files in temporary directory

Hey,

i have a problem with „save site as template“.  I get the error message:

SaveAsTemplate : Exception calling "SaveAsTemplate" with "4" argument(s): "Error generating solution files in temporary directory."

At D:\Install_Scripte\export to template.ps1:3 char:20

+ $Web.SaveAsTemplate <<<< ("Template","Template","Template",1)

   + CategoryInfo         : NotSpecified: (:) [], MethodInvocationException

   + FullyQualifiedErrorId : DotNetMethodException

I run it with the PowerShell command:

$Web=Get-SPWeb SiteURL

$Web.SaveAsTemplate("Template","Template","Template",1)

The AppPol Owner has full rights on the Temp drive of the SharePoint Server.

What can I do to save the site as template? The Problem is only on this one site, by all other sites there is no problem.
