Audience Issue

Hi all,

I am having a problem with SharePoint 2010 Audience. I have created an AD Global Security Group. I went to SharePoint and run Profile Synchronizer but nonetheless the group is not visible to the audience. Others groups with the same specific are visible without problems.

I thought it could have been an DS replication problem as the synchronizer was set to auto discover the DC and replication take to propagate 15 minutes in the Domain.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
