Application Log in Event Viewer of SharePoint 2010 Web server is throwing following error logs.

"Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing.Internal.NotificationJobDefinition

Access to this Web site has been blocked. Please contact the administrator to resolve this problem"

Can anyone help, finding the solution of this mentioned problem
