Load control template file /_/_controltemplates/TaxonomyPicker.ascx: Could not load type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.WebControls.TaxonomyPicker' is there any hot fix released to solve this error now?

This is the a sharepoint farm database version:  14.0.7128.5000 (july 2014 CU)

in event viewer of sharepoint wfe server below error  occured many times 

when i search in internet about this error , it has a fix

i installed july 2014 CU still there is no fix for this error even 

this fix released in any  latest release of cu?
