Central Administration console partialy displays page source code

Hi,

After patching (Windows server patching apparently), I noticed the Central administration page started displaying some page source code right at the bottom of the left side navigation links (Under 'Configuration Wizards'). It renders: "$Resources:osrvcore,SPO_Configuration_Title;"

Other than that nothing seems to be affected. The CA console functionality seems normal, as the SharePoint farm, web apps and sites as well.

Does anybody know a (preferably non-intrusive) way to fix this?

Farm:

SharePoint 2010 SP2 + Dec 2014 CU (14.0.7140.5000)

2 WFE Servers, 1 App server (Central Admin, Search, UPSA), 1 SQL server (clustered).

UPDATE::

Right after submitting this post, I also noticed that the fairly new (to us at least)  Office 365 link (section) in the main Central admin page was also affected.
