Email a Link - just shows "sample" in mail client

I am attempting to use the "E-mail a Link" function in SharePoint Foundation 2010.  Each time I click it it brings up a new message window in Outlook with the word "Sample" in the body.  I have had no luck in finding a reason this is happening. Has anyone seen this before?  

I would upload a screenshot however could not find a function to do so.
