How to migrate WSS portal to SharePoint foundation server 2010

I have two serevr

First one is WSS serevr where one portal is running at 80 port

Second one is Sharepoint foundation 2010 serevr where i have create new web application at 80 port.

now i have take backup of wss portal and try to second server (SPF2010) to restore the web application throug stsadm command.

during command exucation i have get thee error.

"Your backup is from a different version of Microsoft SharePoint Foundation and c
annot be restored to a server running the current version. The backup file shoul
d be restored to a server with version '12.0.0.6421' or later."
