Sharepoint 2010 | Error Accessing Sub-Sites after Site Collection Restore

Dear All,

We have a Sharepoint 2010 Environment (WFE and Database Server), the SQL Database Server had a critical crash and we were unable to put it back online. We had the Backup for the WSS_Content Database Only.

What we did: 

1. Prepared a New Virtual Machine with the Same Name, installed SQL Server 2008 R2 and restored the Database;

2. Since we didn´t had the Farm Config Database, we created a new Farm and attached the restored SQL Database, we backed up the Content to a .bak File;

3. We restored the Site Collection to the new Farm, after that, we were able to able the main page of our Intranet Page, but we were missing some Web Parts;

4. We installed all the available Webparts and we dont´t have any errors regarding missing webparts, and the Intranet Page runs Smoothly. When we want to access the Sub-sites, we get Errors and we followed this errors using the correlation ID. and then we found:
