Problems setting up to install Sharepoint Foundation 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise

I am getting ready to install Sharepoint Foundation 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise. I am at the step where I am turning Windows Features on. I cannot get the features I need (especially IIS 6 WMI Compatibility) to turn on. It looks like it is going to take it, but after I restart, it says "some of your changes were not applied" and nothing has been changed.

I already have Visual Studio 2010 and SharePoint designer 2010 installed - would either of those cause a problem?
