Missing email Addresses from SharePoint 2010 User Profile

Hi,

We have a peculiar issue on hand. We are using SharePoint 2010 Enterprise Version and have created the User Profile Service Application and have synchronized the User Profile with Active Directory.

All the Configuration have been set properly with the AD Connection to the Field Mappings and the Direction of the Synchronization.

We only want to get the Data from Active Directory to the User Profile. But after observing the user profile. The email addresses goes missing randomly.

We tried researching for this issue. But we could not find any resolution.

Can anyone please point us to the right direction. We have configured the user profile synchronization as per the below URLs step by step.
