Upgrade SharePoint 2010 foundation SP1 to SharePoint foundation 2010 SP2

Hello,

We are planning to upgrade sharepoint foundation 2010 SP1 to sharepoint foundation 2010 SP2 and i am preparing a document on the same.

Could you please help me in understanding the changes that SP2 includes?

Also could you please provide me step by step procedure on the same.
