Move-SPSite fail

Hi,

I've got an issue with moving site collections to different content databases with the move-spsite command.

The first time I try the move I get a "timeout expired" error message.

Any subsequent attempts to move that site collection at met with an error that the site already exists in the database.

I've check Get-SPDeletedSites and the site question doesn't appear there.

Performed an IIS Reset on all servers and ran the "gradual Site Deletion" job. Still unable to move the site if it fails the first time.

I've also run a repair on the database that did nuthin'
