ISAPI on IIS Show Blank page!

hi 

i have ISAPI service on IIS.after config ISAPI restriction and ISAPI filter , when i call the service , it show blank page.

the ISAPI file (dll) on local computer ( windows 7) run normally but on my server ( windows 2008 r2) show blank page.it occur when call service both of local or remote.
