external bcs list cant find the application ID

I was able to use Sharepoint designer to as 3 external sql tables as external content types however even thogh they were succesfully added i get this error when i click on them:

Target application not found (application id: DataDictionarySecureStore).

Correlation ID:b85e529d-ddca-d004-7850-6086cf7eab72

I am not sure I entered the application ID correctly it was just the name i chose for the service application below ...where would i confirm what the application ID should be? and how do i update it below?
