Number of times a pdf has been opened and by user using IIS logs

First off, I don't have auditing enabled on this site, but need some historical on a specific pdf. In IIS logs I'm seeing

2016-01-08 00:26:33 10.xxx.x.67 GET /sites/portal/.../Documents/Support+Directory.pdf - 80 DOMAIN\jane.doe ...

I've got a few months worth of logs to parse.

I've downloaded Log Parser Studio. For "Support+Directory.pdf" I need to get:

1. all users who viewed "Support+Directory.pdf"
2. date
3. output to csv

Can anyone lend a hand?
