Reporting for Management and for Admin?

I want to generate a Monday morning report for my manager (head of Development) that provides updated summaries of Farm Server, SQL, and SharePoint health. I've just started using Diagnostic Manager, and while there's a wealth of info, I'm wondering what you guys recommend for a high level report to a non-admin that will provide a clear indication of environment strengths and weaknesses. Basically, if you guys had to choose 5-10 items to report on, what would they be?
