Error on cusomizing sharepoint list 2010 with infopath designer 2010

hi,

I'm using Microsoft SharePoint server 2010, but from one day when I want to customize Lists by info path designer 2010 I receive bellow error. I searched links but It's not my answer.

Please help me

notes:

1. this problem occurs on previous lists because when I create new list I can edit that with Info path designer 2010
   
2. Only customizing lists have this problem. for example I can Customize previous Info path Forms with Info path designer 2010

Error: the publish operation could not be completed. It cannot be determined if the form template was successfully published. Try publishing the  form template again, or change the list settings to use the default share point form.

details:the SharePoint content type Item cannot be modified because it is read-only, sealed or hidden. Try removing these attributes by editing the properties of the content type on the SharePoint server
