Generate List of Faulty Users who don't have their Profile Fields updated in SharePoint like in Active Directory

Hi,

I would like a generate a list which gives me all the Faulty Users who don't have their Profile Fields(Example: Department etc) Updated in SharePoint 2010 UPA like in Active Directory.

Is there any Powershell command available for the same or should i use some other method ?
