Membership # per audience visible in list or powershell to text?

I want to generate a report of all audiences and the number of audience members in each. I don't need to view the members, just the total number in each audience.

First I was thinking some powershell Get- command, then I was thinking of modifying a view of the Audience_List.aspx page to show the number of members.

Any recommendations, either way?
