hi guys,
i'm currently working on a contact engine where we SMS customers and ask them if they still need to speak to us.
at the moment, we have a rather manual system in place where we collate all call-back requests and fire them out to people to make the calls, but what i'd really like is a sharepoint List that assigns the next "case" to an individual when they hit a button.
Is any one able to assist me with this?
