Site Collection Web Analytics Reports display all 0s

Hi Experts,

For a month, the Site Collection Web Analytics Reports has displayed all 0 for Matrics (Total Number of Pages, Average Number of Pages Views per Day…) from Site Actions -> Site Settings -> SelectSite Collection Web Analytics Reports in Site Action section.

I have checked the following places:

1.)  1.) In log file location (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS), .USAGE files and ULS log files are being generated.

2.)  2.) In LoggingDB, the data that is being collected from the .USAGE files and the timestamps are current in RequestUsage VIEW.

3.)  3.) The Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Import timer job is doneas scheduled.

4.)  4.)  In the table: [WebAnalyticsSvcApp_StagingDB].[dbo].[WASetting], the record shows current data is in  the StagingDB:LastLoggingExtractionTime   2016-03-21T09:20:15.320

5.)  5.) In  the table [WebAnalyticsSvcApp_ReportingDB].[dbo].[WASetting], the 2 records show the current  data is not in ReportDB:

LastAggregationTime  2016-03-16 T06:00:47.107 The time of the last successfully completed data aggregation

LastDataCopyTime 2016-03-16T05:59:12.760 The last time the data were copied from the staging databases to this reporting database for aggregation

6.)  6.) So, on the top of the Site Collection Web Analytics Reports, it’s showing: Data Last Updated: 3/16/2016  2:00:47 AM

 7.) I deleted all .xml files and updated cachi.ini file in C:\Documents and Settings\all users\Application Data\microsoft\SharePoint\Config\GUID, I got the  Web Analytics Reports - Number of Page Views in Central Admin then. But, I can't get data updated in our production sites.

After search for a while, I still can’t find the place to configure to let the data updated in the Site Collection Web Analytics Reports. Please give me some advises on what the next steps to check or update.
