User Profile Synchronization Service of SharePoint 2013would not start

I could not figure out what was the issue which cause the "User Profile Synchronization Service" would not start.

The spFarm domain account has the "Replicating Directory Changes" in Active Directory. It is also a local administrator and allow log on locally on the server.

I deleted the User Profile Service Application and re-created it. It starts fine. (I deleted 4-5 times and re-create it).

However, the User Profile Synchronization Service keeps showing "Stopped" each time I started it. I is running with the "Starting.." for 4-5 minutes and come back with a status showing "Stopped".

When I installed the SharePoint Server 2013 I run the configuration sharepoint farm using wizard. I got the error message for the User Profile Service Application as the image below. All other service applications is fine. This is a bit confuse to me since I know that the my site web application and my site host site collection are not in place yet. But I would think that the initial SharePoint Farm configuration should have some ways to handle this situation.

I also see that "Forefront Identity Manager Service" and "Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service" are disabled on the windows Service. I read some posts in the internet where they said that these services would start by the User profile service application and user profile synchronization service.

Have you see this issue similar to this before? and how do you resolve it?
