cannot update view error _vti_bin/owssvr.dll?CS=65001

I am running into to an error when I try to update any view on any list on my SharePoint Site Collection.

When I try to update the view, I recieve the following error on the URL http://servername/sites/sitecollectionname/_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?CS=65001

Cannot complete this action.

Please try again.

Any suggestions on what is wrong and what can be done to fix it?
