Bug Office 365 Menu Central admin after CU December 2015 deployment

Hello,

We just updated 2 SharePoint DEV environments from SP1 to SP2 + CU December 2015.

We experiment the same issue on both environments: the new config options - Office 365 - that appear in the central admin menu are buggy:

Even after adding manually to the resources file osrvcore, the issue is not completely fixed:

Some links are not working and the "configure OneDrive" zone is empty so I have the feeling thqt not only labels in resource files are missing (maybe some scripts, webpart...)

Can you help on this please because we can not go on production without a clean workaround/procedure to this issue.
