Reimburse my Paypal account.

I need to be reimbursed the money you took from my account for Windows Office 365.  I do not have Windows 365.  I do not even own Windows 365.  I do not know how you have access my Paypal account, but it is extremely offensive to me.  Please reimburse this money to me ASAP.  If you need to call me my phone # is 505-330-2010.

I have chosen to never buy another office program because you do have to pay the annual charge.  I believe that is beyond greedy, and there is enough big business greed and I feel I cannot contribute to that.  That being said, I need that money reimbursed immediately.  I noticed it last year and wrote to Paypal and they never responded to me.  This year on 2/14/2016 it was taken from my account again.  I checked your records and saw where it was taken out from my Paypal.  PLEASE RETURN THAT MONEY TO PAYPAL ASAP!!!
