SharePoint 2010 Import-SPWeb error 'WebPart' in namespace 'urn:deployment-manifest-schema' has invalid child

I can create a successful export from SharePoint Foundation 2010 using CA's GUI. Immediately, I try to import to the same site I just exported using Import-SPWeb. It imports a bit, then ends with the fatal error The element 'WebPart' in namespace 'urn:deployment-manifest-schema' has invalid child element 'JSLink' in namespace 'urn:deployment-manifest-schema'. I tried an export using STSADM, then import with STSADM and I get the same results. Any ideas?
