How to reset Central Administrtion site url

Hi

I change my Server name and then i reset sharepoint site like http://1234 to http://abcd it is work fine

but the Centeral Admin site web url not change when i click  on SharePoint 2010 Central Administration the linkhttp://1234 is open with error when i change manualhttp://abcd in browser its work fine.

by this reason i can not open User Profile Service Manage Page

Any Idea
