Sync Query Components

Hi,

We have a search service application, containing one index and two query boxes - 3 different servers. We seem to have an issue with the Query Components not being in Sync. 

The .CI file in one query server is many times larger than the one in the Query server 2. Because of this whenever a user is giving a search, at times there are results showing, and at other times it says no results found. I suspect that it is happening because there is no sync between the two query servers, and when the connections are going to the query server having lower file size, its not returning the results.

How can I get these 2 servers in sync, without having to do a Index Reset and full crawls?
