I've created a new site collection. Within the same application, in an older site collection, I'm seeing lists with an InfoPath "Customize Form" button under List Tools. However, in my new list, I don't have that button, and a exported/imported list is has some form views that are breaking. Error is "This form cannot be opened in a Web browser. To open this form, use Microsoft InfoPath." In ULS Correlation ID brought up

When I click List Settings, the new imported list is missing Form settings, Generate file plan report, Generate file plan report, and Enterprise Metadata and Keyword settings.
