where is the farm setting for Audit log trimming ?

I know the default farm setting for audit log trimming is one month, I remember I saw that info somewhere wither in site collection or central admin.  But now I can't find that info any more.

Can someone point out where is setting is?

Note: this not about how to enable audit or specify days to trim the audit log.  I just want o see where the default setting is
