Create an infopath form with managed metadata

Hi all,

in SharePoint 2013 I have a metadata column and I want to use a InfoPath form for the list. I already read that this is not possible on the direct way.

I followed the steps from Jinchun Chen here:

The problem is that I typed in the URL (step 3) and it said 'The file is not a valid XML file.' and that infopath is not able to find the web service or the access is not possible. Why is it not working?

Anyone with experience with taxonomy web service?
