MySite Issue

Hello,

I have strange issue.

We have multi server shaprepoint 2013 farm.  and all users have mysites.

one user's account disabled then enabled after 2 weeks. ( so my site gets deleted after 14 days)

now when the user tries to login to his my site it shows " sorry something went wrong" 

I cant find the users mysite under the web app. its gone.

so I deleted the user from User Profile and resynced the user profile services. it still loads the hald cooked mysite. 

is there a way to find where this Mysite is loading? and delete and create a new one?
