Connection to SAP

Hello,

I want to get info on the online list column from SAP Column? Is it possible? If yes do we need third part tools ? Example

I have cost center table in SAP and I need to connect to Labour which have several drop down like salaries, vacation, Holiday pay . I need to create column called Labour and the value option will be from SAP
