Document set won't open after migration

We created a library using document set content type. Then we migrated the site to a new server.  The migration used Restore-SPSite command. Eveything worked fine, except all document sets couldn't open.  The error message was:File Not Found.  Search the log file with Correlation ID and no error message.

I am wondering if this is a document set bug. Both servers have SP1 patch.  The new server has  June 01 CU. The Document Set view and Document view were customized.
