What is the uninstall process for .net 4 on a sharepoint 2010 server?

Please do not tell me .net 4 is not supported on sharepoint 2010 - I know...:)

However I am looking at a sharepoint 2010 server and it does have .net 4 on it which i want to remove...

So - what is the process for doing this?

Simply add/remove programs? A warning is shown saying some apps will not work if i do this - is sharepoint one of them?
