Migrate the website to SharePoint 2016 (in new server)

Hi,

We have developed website using SharePoint 2010 with Farm Authentication, primary objective of this site is browsing the SSRS reports and Performance Point services reports

Now we are planning to migrate the website to SharePoint 2016 (in new server). 

SharePoint groups and User need to be created pro grammatically since our old site is Farm Authentication.

Please let us know the hardware and software required for this migration. Also please provide the complete Prerequisites to install SharePoint 2016 (in new server).
