Email enabled Document Libraries not working

Hi All,

I have configured all the below steps to enable email in SharePoint 2010 document libraries using the below microsoft link, but still it is not working.

1. Installed the SMTP service
2. Installed IIS 6.0 Management tools
3. Configured the SMTP service
4. Configured incoming e-mail in a basic scenario
