To move a site collection between SP2010 Environments

Hi,

We have a site collection in SP2010 Farm and all features and functionalities are based on out of the box features which includes (SPD workflow and Infopath Form). This site collection has to be moved to another SP2010 Farm/Environment. Now I am planning to use following powershell commands,

Backup-SPSite
Restore-SPSite

Could you please suggest, what steps/things should I check before running above commands? Please let me also know if there is any limitations/issues after restoring the site collection to the target environment.
